Product Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be sent within 7 days of when the order was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

Used products or products that have been used for an extended period or are not in accordance with the provided usage instructions.

Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
